FROZEN CONCENTRATED KINNOW (MANDARIN) JUICE (FCKJ)
Frozen, concentrated Kinnow (Mandarin) juice (FCKJ) is made by squeezing farm-fresh, pure & pristine Kinnow (Mandarin) fruits after plucking them from the orchards. The squeezed Kinnow (Mandarin) juice is evaporated by heating the liquid to remove water until the final concentration of 65.0° ± 0.5° Brix. Kinnow (Mandarin) Juice is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, which may promote skin health, slow the effects of skin aging, help in healing wounds, and prevent gum bleeds. The major use is in the production of juices and nectars. It is also used to produce jams, jellies, and squashes. In smaller consumer packs, it can be repacked as sweetened or as a single-strength juice.
