Citrus Fruit Production Line
It is a matter of honor for Hunza Citrus & Pulp (Pvt.) Limited to have equipped state-of-the-art technology with only 40% human-machine interface in fruit processing. The citrus line is entirely automated from top to bottom. We are unique in several characteristics like the brush waging system is equipped with forced air to eliminate the excess water on fruits. Juice extraction machines (Bucher Company Headquarters is located in Switzerland) are efficient & give maximum juice recovery. The pulp removal system is equipped with German Technology (GEA). The evaporator is multipurpose with aroma recovery and is associated with a flash cooling system. Our citrus production line has a crushing capacity of 500MT/Day.
Tropical Fruit Production Line
Just like the citrus line, the tropical fruit processing line is also automated from start to finish with a maximum 20% human-machine interface. The fruit receiving & ripening yard is covered. The entire tropical production line plant is equipped with Italian Technology (FENCO). Our tropical fruit production line has a crushing capacity of 300MT/Day.
Drum Plant
At our Hunza Citrus & Pulp Factory, Bhalwal site, we are also producing Galvanized Iron drums of two shape types: Cylindrical & Conical. These drums are of the highest quality and do not require any paint & stay rust-free.
Conical Drum
The gross weight of our single Conical drum along with the top lid and ring is 12 kg and its standard capacity is 217 liters (ranges between 200 kg to 270 kg as per product type)
Cylindrical Drum
The gross weight of our single cylindrical drum along with its top lid and ring is 16.5 kg and its standard capacity is 220 liters (ranges between 200 kg to 270 kg as per product type).
